MD For Moms Radio, Every Wednesday 1pm (ET) on The BBM Global Network, TuneIn and iHeartRadio or as a podcast on iTunes.

This week on MD for Moms, I interview The Parenting Mentor Sue Groner about finding joy in parenting and leaving the stress behind. Have you ever wondered why it was so hard to be a good parent? Do you find parenting more frustrating than fun? Are you worried more often than you are laughing? You are not alone! But, things don’t have to be such a struggle – parenting can be fun!

Sue’s new book, Parenting with Sanity and Joy, provides easily followed, proven tips to help make parenting easier, so you can relish time with your kids rather than feel overwhelmed or frustrated. We delve into some of her favorite tips of the 101 described in her book. Sue also shares her CLEARR parenting method, born from her own experience as a mom and as a coach. Her approach has six pillars: Communication, Love, Empathy, Awareness, Rules and Respect. We explore how these components work together to lead to happy parents and kids.
