MD For Moms Radio, Every Wednesday 1pm (ET) on The BBM Global Network, TuneIn and iHeartRadio or as a podcast on iTunes.

This week on MD for Moms, I’ll be interviewing Dr. Melina Jampolis, Physician Nutrition Specialist, about her new book, Spice Up, Slim Down and how eating more spices can help you become healthier. She is also the founder of SpiceFit. Spices have been a staple in many diets for centuries for many reasons, from food preservation to enhanced taste. But, did you know that spices can also support a healthy blood glucose level, can reduce inflammation and some are excellent anti-oxidants? Rather than searching for the right pill to help improve health, learn from Dr. Melina how to eat for health.
