Interventional Radiologist Dr Lauren Evans

MD For Moms Radio, Every Wednesday 1pm (ET) on The BBM Global Network, TuneIn and iHeartRadio or as a podcast on iTunes.

This week on MD for Moms, I’ll be interviewing interventional radiologist Dr. Lauren Evans about non-surgical approaches to common women’s health issues. Uterine fibroids are painful and historically required surgical removal; learn about an alternative approach without the knife on this week’s show to many women’s diseases. We will also discuss the risks and benefits of an interventional radiology approach compared to surgery, and various treatment modalities being used to address metastatic lesions.
