Sleep Medicine Specialist Dr. Jody Hunt Tate

MD For Moms Radio, Every Wednesday 1pm (ET) on The BBM Global Network and TuneIn Radio.

This week on MD for Moms, I’ll be interviewing  Dr. Jody Hunt Tate about ways to maximize and optimize sleep for ourselves and our kids. Do your kids have a hard time falling asleep? Do they wake up and come to your bed in the middle of the night? Does your little angel sound like a fog horn snoring through the night? How’s your sleep? Despite feeling exhausted, do you struggle to fall and stay asleep? If you answered yes to any of the above, you are in good company: sleep is an issue for many people, and Dr. Tate will explain common causes for sleep disturbances and ways to address them. We will also explore sleep training, whether Cry It Out is a good method or if there is another approach she prefers to get babies to bed easily and to keep them sleeping soundly through the night.
