MD For Moms Radio, Every Wednesday 1pm (ET) on The BBM Global Network and TuneIn Radio.
This week on MD for Moms, I’ll be interviewing veteran psychoanalyst Dr. Erica Komisar author of BEING THERE: Why Prioritizing Motherhood in the First Three Years Matters, hitting the shelves April 2017. The first three years of life are vital for emotional development, and we as mothers must be present; Dr. Erica Komisar is here to explain why these years are so important and how our society’s excessive focus on personal fulfillment may be negatively impacting our kids. Honest, smart, and highly seasoned, Dr. Erica Komisar is passionate about helping mothers truly connect and develop rewarding, fruitful relationships with their children. Learn how to be more in sync with your kids by tuning into the show and reading the book!
Dr. Komisar is also well aware that often additional childcare is necessary – she is an expert in helping parents select and train quality caregivers while minimizing stress for babies and toddlers. She will share tips and tricks during the show to help ease the experience of choosing a sitter.
