MD for Moms | Wellness + Beauty

MD For Moms Radio, Every Wednesday 1pm (ET) on The BBM Global Network and TuneIn Radio.

This week on MD for Moms, I’ll be interviewing  Traditional Home Senior Design and Markets Editor (and all around style icon plus rock star mom) Tori Mellott about what else but design and beauty. To know Tori is to love her. Tori is refreshingly honest, down to earth and humble. But, don’t get me wrong, Tori is a force in the design world – a true power house. She has made an incredible name for herself (ahem, nearly 19,000 instagram followers!!!) and we are so fortunate that she is going to be joining us this week to discuss design and style.

Tori will let us in on her favorite colors and patterns, what she is wearing and dressing her twin daughters in this season, and her inspirations. Plus, Tori is going to help us design a nursery and outfit our kid-laden homes without losing personal style. Just because we have kids doesn’t mean we have to live in a state of chaos. Tori is going to share her design tips to create space for kids to be kids without sacrificing aesthetic.

Have a design question? Love style? Just LOVE TORI? Call and speak to her LIVE on air: 855-856-1380

Learn more about my guest, Tori Mellott:

After graduating from NYU Tori cut her teeth in magazines as an assistant at House Beautiful under editor-in-chief, Marian McEvoy. She went on to serve as the associate Style Editor at Elle Décor under Margaret Russell’s leadership and was then tapped in 2004 to help launch Domino Magazine where she eventually became the decorating editor. After Domino folded, Mellott branched out and became the Creative Deputy for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Tori then explored yet another avenue of design and joined Nate Berkus for his first year of production of The Nate Show. Eager to return to print, Tori joined the amazing team at Traditional Home in 2011 and is the senior design and market editor.
